Need Travels

You can find us at Harimall Complex, specifically on the first floor. We are at number 21, so once you walk up the stairs, just look for that door. We are right in Rehabari, which is a busy part of Guwahati but has its own rhythm compared to the main bazaar. If you’re standing outside the complex, you’ll see Hotel Srikant right across the street from us. It is a good landmark because people are always coming and going from there. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep if you are carrying bags, but it’s just a short walk up. Our space is functional and honest, with old desks and a few chairs for visitors to sit on while we talk. We don't have those big glass walls or fancy carpets you see in the new buildings. It’s just a regular office where we spend most of our daylight hours. Rehabari can get quite congested in the evenings when everyone is heading home, so we usually see a lot of traffic from our window. The Harimall Complex has been around for some time, and it has that lived-in feel to it. We like it here because everything we need is nearby, from the stationery shops to the small eateries. It’s a practical spot for Need Travels to be based, and we are quite used to the daily noise of the street and the hotel guests across the way.
