Meenas

Meenas is our little spot in the M D Complex on Lokhra Road. We are based in the Lokhra area of Guwahati, which is a place we’ve come to know very well. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We mostly deal with travel arrangements and helping people figure out their journeys. It’s a straightforward operation. We don't use any flashy advertisements or big promises. People usually find us because they live nearby or someone told them we could help with a ticket. We spend a lot of time on the computer, checking for available seats on buses or trains. Sometimes people come in just to ask about a price or a route, and that's fine too. We try to give them the information clearly so they can decide what to do. It’s a very practical way of working. The complex can be quite busy during the day, so there is always a bit of noise from the shops and the street outside. We’ve got a routine here that works for us. It’s not about being the most polished business in town; it’s just about being here when someone needs a hand with their travel. We take things as they come and try to keep the paperwork in order so everything goes smoothly for the passengers. If you’re around Lokhra Road, you’ll find us there in the complex, just doing our regular work like we always do.
