Fly Hi Travel & Communication

Our office, Fly Hi Travel & Communication, is located right at Hatigaon Chariali. If you live in the Hatigaon area of Guwahati, you probably pass by us quite often. It's a lively spot with a lot of shops and people around all the time. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on travel bookings but also helping out with communication needs as they come up. It's a small place, nothing fancy at all. We have a couple of computers and a printer that gets a lot of use every single day. People from the neighborhood drop in to ask about bus prices or to book a flight when they have to go somewhere for work or a family event. We try to be helpful and just give them the facts about what's available. It's not about being the best; it's just about doing the job properly and making sure everyone gets their tickets. The traffic at the Chariali can be a bit loud sometimes, but we like being in the middle of it all. We’ve been running things this way for a while now. It's a lot of checking schedules and making sure names are spelled right on the forms. Sometimes we have a chat with the regulars while they wait for their printouts. It’s a very local feel here. We don't use big words or try to sell people things they don't really need. If you need a ticket, we find it. That's pretty much the whole story.
