Ezzee Travels

You can find Ezzee Travels in the Mangalam Building, which is right by Railway Gate Number 8 in Kumarpara. We are directly opposite the State Bank of India, so it’s easy to find if you are in that part of town. Being so close to the railway gate means we hear the trains passing all day long. It becomes a rhythm after a while. The building itself is busy with other shops and people going to the bank. Our office is a practical space. We have a computer, a printer that sometimes jams, and plenty of pens scattered around. We spend our days booking tickets and helping people plan out their journeys. Kumarpara is a crowded area, and parking can be a real headache, so most people just walk in after taking the bus. We handle a lot of train bookings since the station isn't too far off. The walls are a bit plain, maybe they need a new coat of paint, but it doesn't stop us from getting the work done. We get all kinds of people coming in—students, office workers, and families. Everyone has a different place they need to be. We just listen to what they want and try to find a way to make it happen. It’s not a fancy corporate office, just a room where we work hard to keep the bookings organized.
