Unlike some of the travel agencies in the middle of the city, we are in a bit more of a neighborhood setting here in Suruj Nagar. It makes the atmosphere a little quieter, though it still gets busy when school starts and ends. We have been running things from this house for some time now. It is a very casual and honest setup. We don't have any corporate branding or slick presentations. It is just a room with some desks and computers where we do the travel work. We like being in Odalbakra because it feels like a real community. People from around here just walk over when they need help with their travel plans. We spend our time looking up tickets and routes for anyone who asks. It is a very down-to-earth way of doing things. House No 14 isn't hard to find if you know the school. We are just regular people helping our neighbors get to where they want to go. There is no rush or pressure here. We just take it one booking at a time and try to get the details right for everyone who stops by our little office in Suruj Nagar.
