Discovery Tours & Travels is located in the Ramavtar Complex on M S Road. If you are standing in Paltanbazar, you will probably see the Nepali Mandir right across from us. It is a landmark most locals use to find their way around. Our office is a straightforward setup where we spend most of our day dealing with tickets and travel itineraries. The road outside is usually packed with people and the sound of the city is always there. We have a desk and some chairs and not much else. It is a practical space. Working in Guwahati, especially in a place as central as Paltanbazar, means you are always in the middle of everything. We get a lot of people stopping by just to ask about bus timings or how to get to the next town. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow and we have to wait for the pages to load, but that is just how it goes sometimes. We try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of any bookings. It’s not a big corporate office, just a local business on M S Road. We are here from Monday to Saturday, sometimes Sunday if things are really busy. It is just us here, making sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. We drink a lot of chai to keep us going through the day. Sometimes we even have to deal with the local cows wandering by on the street.
