Chaturbhuj Communication

Our place, Chaturbhuj Communication, is at House Number 15 in the Beltola area. We are located very close to the Amarnath Shiv Mandir, which is a big landmark for everyone living around here. You can usually hear the bells from the temple in the mornings. We aren't strictly a travel agency, but we do a lot of communication work and help people with their travel bookings and online forms. The house is a typical Guwahati residence that we’ve converted part of for the business. It’s a bit quieter than being on the main market road, which we like. People come in to use the internet, print documents, or ask us to book a train ticket for them. We have a few computers lined up and some chairs that have seen better days. It feels more like a neighbor's house than a formal office. We know many of the people who come in by their first names. If the weather is nice, we leave the door open, but during the monsoon, we have to keep everything shut tight against the rain. We don’t have fancy uniforms or a big reception desk. It’s just us helping out with whatever digital or travel needs the local folks have. Sometimes we spend more time chatting about the local news than actually working. It’s just a simple, honest spot in a nice part of Beltola.
