You can find us on the first floor of the Borah Commercial Complex. We are right on the Beltola Basistha Road, very close to the Passport Office here in Beltola. Being near the passport office means we see a lot of people coming and going all day, which makes the area feel very alive. Bikash Baruah Tours & Travels is basically just a local office where we help folks figure out where they are going. We do a lot of the usual stuff, like booking tickets and arranging for cars when people have a trip coming up. It’s a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve been here in Guwahati for some time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get work done with a few desks and computers. We handle a lot of paperwork because that's just part of the job when it comes to travel. People come in with all kinds of questions about routes and timings. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; it's just us answering the phones and typing on the keyboards. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot of booking to finish before the next morning. It feels good when someone gets their trip sorted and they're happy to be on their way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
