We are located right inside the premises of Hotel Shanti in Paltan Bazar. It’s a busy spot here on A.T. Road, especially with all the people coming in and out of Krishna Market. Most days, we just deal with the usual crowd that finds their way past the hotel entrance. It’s not a very fancy setup, just a practical space where we handle our work. You have to look a bit carefully to find us if you aren't used to the layout of the hotel grounds. Paltan Bazar is always noisy with the traffic and the shops around, but once you step inside our area, it gets a little quieter. We have been here for a while now, watching the shops in Krishna Market change over the years. Some days it gets quite hot in the afternoon, so we keep the fans going. It’s a straightforward place to get things done without any extra fuss. If you are coming by car, parking can be a bit of a headache on A.T. Road, so most people just walk in from the main street. We usually start our day early when the market is just waking up and the tea stalls are starting their fires. It feels like a small community here inside the hotel area. There’s no big sign with flashing lights or anything like that. Just Barman Commercials, sitting here in the middle of a very busy Guwahati neighborhood, doing what we do every day.
