You can find us at Manikeswari Ecostructive Private Limited right across from the Town High School in Bhawanipatna. We are located in the Sunder Colony area of Purnapada. It’s a good spot because we get to see the school kids heading to class every morning. Our office is part of the C.S Sunder building. We do a lot of work related to construction and eco-friendly stuff, which keeps us pretty busy most days of the week. Kalahandi is a place where you have to work hard to get things moving. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group trying to build things the right way. Sometimes the supply chain gets backed up and we have to wait for materials, which can be frustrating. We spend a lot of time on sites or sitting at the desk looking at plans. It’s not always glamorous. The heat in Orissa can be tough in the summer months, but we just keep going. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy talk. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we’re building stuff. Our neighbors in Sunder Colony are nice people. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the vibe of the neighborhood. It’s a practical office for a practical business. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s just a normal job for us.
