Sri Chaitanya Techno High School

You can find us in Dwaraka Nagar, which is part of the Santhinagar area in Kakinada. We are a high school, so the atmosphere here is usually a bit more focused on academics than a primary school would be. The students have a lot of subjects to cover, and you can see them carrying heavy bags filled with textbooks and notebooks. Our building is located in a residential part of the city, so it’s relatively easy for the local families to reach us. We have classrooms with standard benches and desks. The walls are mostly plain, except for a few educational posters here and there. We have a small computer room and a place for science experiments. During the mornings, the students line up for their assembly in the open space we have. Kakinada is a coastal town, so it can get a bit sticky and warm, but the fans in the classrooms help. Our staff stays quite busy with the daily routine of checking attendance and grading the various tests we conduct. We don't have a lot of extra decorations or promotional materials. It’s a very practical environment where the main goal is just to get through the syllabus. Parents often come in to talk about their children’s future or their marks. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while, and we just keep doing our work year after year.
