Annapurna Special Municipal Corporation Elementary School

This is one of the municipal schools here in Rajahmundry, specifically located in the Annapurnammapeta area. Being an elementary school, we deal with the younger kids who are just starting out with their basic lessons. The address is 44-12-63, which most locals can find easily enough if they are walking through the neighborhood. It’s a government-run place, so it functions differently than the private schools you see around. There is a lot of activity in the mornings when the children arrive. We have to manage the daily schedules, the midday meals, and making sure the classrooms are ready for the day. We try to make sure the kids stay focused on their work despite the humidity we get here. It’s a busy spot, especially when school lets out and the streets of Annapurnammapeta fill up with students heading home. We just keep moving one day at a time, making sure the kids have a place to sit and learn.
