We are tucked away in Sameer Block, number 61, inside the Hardwar Society. This is in the Joshipura area, quite close to the Best English School. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s much quieter than the industrial estates. We work with Gir cows and the various products we get from them. Every morning starts very early, usually before the sun is even up, because the milk doesn't wait for anyone. We handle everything right here. It’s a lot of cleaning—scrubbing the floors, washing the containers, and making sure everything is spotless. We don't have a big factory feel. It's more like a large kitchen. The smell of fresh milk and curd is always around. We don't do much advertising. Our neighbors in the society just walk over when they need something. We see the kids from the school walking by in their uniforms every morning and afternoon. It’s a nice, steady pace of life. We don't have a big corporate board or fancy titles. We just focus on the cows and making sure the products are fresh for the people who buy them. Sometimes we run out of things quickly because we don't produce on a massive industrial scale. It's just a small operation run by people who care about the animals. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. We'd rather spend it on better feed for the cows and keeping the place clean.
