Amrut Agro

Amrut Agro is based out of Village Gadu in the Taluka Malia area. Our post office is Sherbaug, and we are quite close to the National Highway No-E 8. Being so near the highway means there is always the sound of traffic in the background, which we’ve mostly grown used to. We deal with agricultural goods and spend a lot of time coordinating with local producers. The yard can get quite messy when we are sorting through different batches of produce or loading up for a long haul. It’s a lot of manual labor, and we often find ourselves working late into the evening when the schedule gets tight. The people here in Village Gadu are hard-working, and we try to match that energy. We don’t have any fancy signage or a polished front office; it’s mostly just a working space where the real business happens. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the ground around the highway a bit muddy, which makes moving things a little more difficult. We take things one day at a time, making sure the supplies are handled correctly and that the people we work with are satisfied with what they get. It’s a practical life, centered around the land and the transit routes that connect us to the rest of the region.
