Our office is over in Nagichana village, right on the road that goes toward Karej. If you are coming from Mangrol, you will find us easily enough. Keshod Agro Farmer Producer Companylimited is basically a group of us who got together to handle our farming business better. We aren't a big company with a hundred employees. It is mostly local people from the taluka who know about the ground and the weather here in Junagadh. The building is simple, just what we need to get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone shows up at once to discuss the harvest or the prices. We spend a lot of time talking about what crops are doing well and what we should try next year. It is a lot of work coordinating with so many different farmers, but it makes more sense than trying to do everything alone. The Junagadh weather can be tough on the crops, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the rain. Inside the office, things are usually a bit messy with files and samples of whatever is being grown at the moment. We don't have any polished speeches or fancy posters on the wall. It is just a place where we work. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down, especially during the peak season when there is so much to move and track.
