Warsi Meals

Our setup is in the Industrial Area on DCM Road. We are positioned near Char Bhuja and the Multi Metal Company. Being in an industrial zone means we are surrounded by factories and lots of workers all the time. Warsi Meals is basically here to make sure people have something to eat while they are on their shifts. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen area, which gets incredibly hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer. We are constantly prepping ingredients and getting the pots ready. It’s not a fancy restaurant with tablecloths; it’s more of a practical place for people who are working hard. The noise from the nearby metal company and the trucks on DCM Road is just something we live with every day. We don’t spend money on advertising or anything like that because the people who work in the industrial area already know where we are. We just focus on keeping the kitchen clean and the food ready on time. Sometimes we run out of certain things before the day is over, but we just do our best to plan better for the next morning. It’s a tough environment with all the smoke and the machinery nearby, but it feels good to be part of the backbone of the area. We are just a small team of people cooking and serving meals to our neighbors in the factories.
