Vaishnavi Food And Caterer

We set up Vaishnavi Food And Caterer at Savitri Sadan around Rathore Chowk quite some time ago. It started small, mostly just cooking for people we knew or neighbors who had a function. Now we do catering for weddings and different family get-togethers nearby. The kitchen is always busy. Someone is usually chopping onions or checking on a big pot of dal early in the morning. It gets noisy and a bit chaotic, but that's just how it is when you’re making food for a hundred people. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the space where we prep and cook. My cousins help out during the busy season when the orders come in fast. Sometimes we run a little late because of the traffic around the chowk, but we try to get the food there while it's still hot. It’s hard work, standing on your feet all day in a hot kitchen. But seeing people eat and enjoy themselves makes it worth the effort. We handle the plates, the serving, and making sure nobody goes home hungry. It’s not a big corporate operation. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. If you walk by our place, you can usually smell whatever we are cooking that day. We keep things simple. Fresh ingredients from the local market, and we don't mess around with the recipes too much. Just good, honest food.
