You can find Universal Handicrafts over on Chopasni Road at Plot Number 101. We are situated right near the Sutla Octroi Check Post, so there is always a lot of heavy traffic and trucks moving past. It’s a busy part of town and it can get quite loud with all the horns and engines. Our facility is a basic building that we’ve used for a long time. It’s where we make and store all the handicrafts we deal with. Inside, the space is divided into a work area and a small section where we keep our records. It’s not a fancy setup. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint and the furniture is old, but it’s where we feel comfortable. We have a small group of workers who come in every day. We usually start by checking what needs to be shipped out and what materials we are running low on. There’s always something to do, whether it’s sanding down a piece of wood or packing a crate for delivery. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the work right in front of us. Most of our day is spent in the workshop area rather than at a desk. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere. If you’re driving down Chopasni Road, just look for the check post and you’ll find us nearby. It’s a plain, honest business run by regular people who know their trade.
