Daawat Bagh

We started Daawat Bagh here in Jhalamand, right near the circle on New Pali Road. It’s a busy spot in Jodhpur, especially with all the traffic coming through. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most people find us easily because of where we sit. It’s an open space, which helps when the weather isn’t too harsh. We mostly focus on getting the food out on time and making sure there’s enough room for everyone to sit down. The garden part of the name comes from the setup we have. It’s not fancy or anything, just a place to eat. Sometimes the wind picks up a lot of dust from the road, but that’s just Jodhpur for you. We keep the gates open during the day. Most of our regulars come from the nearby neighborhoods. We don't really do much advertising. People just see the sign while driving toward Pali. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a kitchen and some staff who have been here since the start. It gets crowded on weekends, which makes things a bit loud, but we try to manage. We aren't trying to be a five-star place. It’s just a spot for a meal. The address is 342005 for those using maps. We just keep doing what we do every day. Nothing more to it. It's been a journey keeping things running for our family and the workers here too.
