We are located out at B-176 in the Pal Shilp Gramm area, which is just off Barmer Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like it out here because there’s more space to move around and it is generally quieter. The road can get pretty dusty, especially when the big trucks go by, so we are always cleaning the windows and the front desk. We’ve been in this same spot for a long time now. Most people around here know us as the place with the big iron gate that squeaks a little when you open it. Inside, it’s not very fancy. We have some old desks and plenty of shelving for all the stuff we work on. The sun really hits the front of the building in the afternoon, so it gets a bit warm, but we have some fans that keep the air moving. It’s just a small crew of us here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. We do our work, pack things up, and send them out. It’s a simple way to run things, but it keeps us busy enough. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during the lunch break just to watch the traffic on Barmer Road. It is a very normal way to spend a day.
