Shree Sharda Foods Processing

We operate out of 105, Vivekanand Colony. It’s a quiet enough street, and most of the neighbors know us as the folks who are always busy with food crates. Shree Sharda Foods Processing isn’t some massive industrial plant. We are a smaller setup that focuses on handling local produce and getting it processed for sale. The kitchen area is where we spend most of our hours, washing, cutting, and prepping. It’s repetitive work, but we usually have the radio playing to keep things lively. We don't have a professional cleaning crew or a fleet of delivery vans. We mostly handle things ourselves, from the prep work to loading the crates into our old pickup truck. The floors are concrete and the walls could use a new coat of white paint, but it's clean and it works for what we need. We've had some of the same staff for years now, so we all know the routine without having to talk about it much. Vivekanand Colony is a nice place to work because it feels more like a home than a cold business district. We see the same people walking their dogs every morning while we’re unloading the first shipment of the day. It’s a practical, straightforward business. We just take the raw food and make it ready for people to eat. There is always a lot to do before the sun goes down.
