If you find yourself on Mgh Road in Jodhpur, you’ll see us right across from the MGH Hospital. It’s a very busy area because of the hospital, so there are always people moving about. We get a lot of folks coming in who are visiting family or working nearby. Our name has those extra letters at the end, which always makes people look twice, but we are just a normal food place. The space inside isn't huge, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen preparing ingredients. Jodhpur can get really hot, so we try to keep the place as cool as possible for anyone who stops in. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything fancy like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We know the rhythm of the street outside and when the crowds will be the thickest. It's about getting the food out on time and making sure nobody leaves hungry. We don't have any grand plans to change things up. We just like being part of the neighborhood here on Mgh Road. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy. We just keep the doors open and do our best every day. Sometimes the city noise gets to be a lot, but we just focus on the task in front of us.
