Mahesh Food Products

We are based out in Basni Phase II at F-303. This is an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks in the background. It is not a quiet place, but it is where the work happens. At Mahesh Food Products, we focus on making and packing different food items. The unit is a decent size and we have it set up for efficiency. Our mornings start early to beat the heat because once the machines get going, it can get quite warm inside the building. We don’t really have a big front office or a receptionist; you just walk in and find us working in the back. Most of our time is spent monitoring the machines and making sure the quality of the food is what it should be. We deal with suppliers for the raw materials and that involves a lot of bargaining and checking of stocks. It is a very hands-on kind of job and our clothes usually end up a bit messy by the end of the shift. We have our lunch together and then get back to it. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of people trying to make decent products and get them out to the shops. It is steady work and we are glad to have a place in this industrial estate where we can do our thing without any interruptions.
