Jambookumar Jain Dal Mills

Jambookumar Jain Dal Mills is located in the industrial part of Basni, specifically at E-103 in the Second Phase. If you’ve ever been to MIA, you know it’s a lot of grey buildings and heavy machinery. That’s exactly what it’s like here. We spend our days dealing with the mill and making sure everything is running like it should. It’s dusty work, and there is always a low hum from the machines in the background. We don't have a fancy showroom or a place for people to sit and have tea. Most of the time, we’re just busy moving bags or checking the equipment. We’ve been at E-103 for quite some time now. The Second Phase is a good spot for us because we need the space and the access for the transport trucks. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The office is just a small room off to the side where we keep the ledgers. We don't use much technology beyond what's absolutely necessary. My father started things out, and we just keep it going. It’s a family-run kind of thing, even if we have a few extra hands helping out. You won't find us in a glossy magazine. We’re just here in Basni, working the mill and trying to keep things moving. Every day is pretty much the same, and that’s fine by us.
