Shiv Shakti Caterers

We are located right at the 12th Pal Rd Circle. If you’ve been around this part of town, you probably passed by Shiv Shakti Caterers a dozen times. Large corporations with marketing departments aren't what we are about. Instead, it’s just us handling the cooking and the deliveries. Working near the circle means it’s always loud with traffic, but the location makes it easy for our trucks to get out to any event. Both small gatherings and bigger parties have been on our schedule. The kitchen is where ninety percent of the day is spent. Even when it gets hot and crowded, the work gets done. There isn't a website with pretty pictures for us. Simple pots and old recipes are what we use. Usually, neighbors tell each other about us and that’s how we get known. Simple ingredients are the main thing. Nothing feels too fancy. It's just the kind of food you’d want to eat at home, but made in big batches. Sometimes the back area runs out of space, so staying organized is a must. A lot of washing dishes and chopping vegetables happens daily. Nobody here minds it. This is a living and we take it seriously. It is just plain work. No fancy chairs or big bosses are here. Everyone mucks in to get the orders ready before guests arrive at the venue. That is how things happen here every day.
