Sandhya Papad Product

Sandhya Papad Product is tucked away inside Nagori Gate, specifically in the Jaloriyon Ka Baas area. We're right by Fateh Sagar Ki Nahar, which is a nice little spot to be. Our day starts early when we begin preparing the dough for the papads. The whole place smells like cumin and black pepper most of the time. It's a very traditional setup here. We don't have big automated machines doing all the work for us. Instead, it's mostly done by hand, just like it's been for a long time. The canal nearby is a constant presence, and we often see people walking by while we're busy with our chores. Inside Nagori Gate, the streets are narrow and can get quite crowded with scooters and pedestrians. We have our little routine of rolling out the papads and setting them out to dry when the weather allows. If it gets cloudy, we have to move quickly to make sure nothing gets ruined. We don't have any fancy signs or big advertisements. People in the neighborhood just know where to find us when they want some fresh papads. It's a humble way to make a living, but we enjoy the work and the people we see every day. The Jaloriyon Ka Baas area feels very old-fashioned, and we fit right in with our simple production methods. We just focus on making a consistent product that people around here enjoy eating with their daily meals.
