We've been at E-233 in Basni 2nd Phase for quite a while now. It’s right across from Rathi Cement, so it’s easy to find once you get into the industrial area. This place gets a bit dusty because of the neighbors, but we don't mind much as long as the work gets done. There are usually about a dozen of us here on a good day. Most of the time, the floor is covered in wood shavings or scraps of metal because we are always making something new. Rishabh Art And Craft isn't a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s a working space where things actually get built by hand. We have some old machines that make a lot of noise, but they still work fine for what we need them to do. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside on the stone bench for a bit until it comes back on. It’s just how things go around here. People stop by sometimes to see what’s being finished or to ask about a custom piece. We don’t have a big office or a secretary to answer phones. If someone calls, one of the guys in the back usually wipes their hands on a rag and picks it up. We do what we can with the tools we have. It’s just a normal day at the workshop, trying to get orders ready and keeping the space organized enough to move around without tripping over stuff.
