Naresh Handicrafts

Naresh Handicrafts is located over at Plot No. 1A in Ganga Niwas. It’s pretty easy to find because we are right opposite the Police Chowki in Pratap Nagar. Actually, the chowki is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. We spend most of our time working with our hands, making different items. It’s a bit of a crowded area, so there’s always something happening outside the door. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. The building, Ganga Niwas, has a lot of history for us. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a workshop where the actual work happens. Sometimes the noise from the street gets inside, but we’re used to it. We focus on the crafts themselves rather than trying to look professional. The space is filled with materials and half-finished pieces. Every day is a bit different depending on what we are making. People in Pratap Nagar know us mostly by word of mouth. We don't do much advertising. We just show up, do the work, and go home. Sometimes it’s a bit messy with all the scraps and tools lying around. It feels more like a home than a factory, honestly. If you pass by the police chowki, you’ll see our sign. We just keep things simple and try to stay busy with the orders we have. It isn't perfect, but it works for us and keeps the family going.
