Our place is called Saloon House, though I’m not entirely sure why it got that name originally. We are located on Umed Club Road, right in the Rai Ka Bagh area. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of movement every day. Paras Vijay Crafts is where we spend most of our waking hours. The workshop area usually has a layer of dust on everything because of the materials we use, but that’s just how it goes with this kind of work. We handle a lot of different craft items, so there are always boxes piled up in the corners. The light in the front room is good in the afternoon, which helps when we are looking at the finer details of what we’re making. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people who have been with us for years. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to grab some water or a quick snack. The road outside can get pretty loud with the traffic going towards the club, but once you’re inside, you kind of get used to the hum. We keep our tools on the old wooden benches. They’re worn down from use. It isn't a showroom, it's just a place where things get made and shipped out to wherever they need to go.
