Parampara Arts And Crafts is based over near the old Patta Niwas Ki Haweli. Our workshop is located in the Khanda Falsa area, specifically by Kumharia Kunwa. It’s one of those spots that feels like it hasn't changed much in decades. The haweli is a big landmark for us, and it helps people find their way through the winding streets. We work on traditional crafts, the kind of things that take a lot of time and a steady hand. Most of what we do is passed down, just local stuff that people around here have been making forever. The building we work in is old and has a lot of character, though it can get a bit cold in the winter. We don’t have a lot of fancy machinery. It’s mostly just us sitting on stools, working on wood or fabric or whatever we have that day. There’s a well nearby, Kumharia Kunwa, where people still gather, so there’s always a bit of chatter in the air. We keep a pretty quiet profile. We aren't interested in being a big name; we just want to make sure the things we create are solid. It’s a messy job sometimes, with shavings and scraps everywhere, but we clean up at the end of the day. It’s just what we do to get by, and we’ve been doing it a long time now. We just like making things with our hands.
