We are located in the M. I. A. Basni Phase II area of Jodhpur. The address is 1099/740/1 if you are looking for it. Jodhpur is known for its craftsmanship, and we try to keep that tradition going in our own small way. This isn't a factory with thousands of machines. It’s a place where we actually touch the materials and make sure they look right. We’ve been in Basni for a long time, and we've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. The dust from the desert often gets into the workshop, so we spend a lot of time cleaning things up. Our days are filled with the sounds of tools and people talking over tea. We export things, but we don't feel like a big international company. We feel more like a group of people who just like making things that look good. Sometimes a shipment is late or a piece of wood isn't perfect, and we have to start over. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a flashy showroom with bright lights. It’s mostly just crates, raw materials, and finished pieces waiting to go out. We work hard, and we try to be fair with everyone who comes through. It’s a busy life here in Jodhpur, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep our heads down and work. We have a few old fans that keep the air moving in the heat, and that’s usually enough to keep us going through the long afternoons.
