Marwar Udhyog

You can find Marwar Udhyog at E-39 in the Basni industrial area, specifically Phase II. It’s a busy place with lots of trucks moving in and out all day long. We’ve been here in M.I.A. for a long time, and the walls of our unit have the stains and marks to prove it. We do a lot of heavy lifting and making things. It’s not the cleanest job, but we enjoy seeing a pile of raw materials turn into something useful by the end of the week. There’s a small office in the front where we keep the books, but most of us are usually out on the floor. It gets loud with the machinery, so you have to talk a bit louder than usual. We don't have a HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk it out over some chai. We’ve had the same group of guys working here for ages, so we’re more like a family than a corporation. We aren't interested in being fancy or trendy. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is solid and that we stay on schedule. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. If you’re looking for us, look for the unit with the blue door at E-39. We don't have much time for small talk, but the door is always open.
