Manish Art Handicraft

Our place, Manish Art Handicraft, is located at B-36 in Rai Ka Bagh, over in Bank Colony. It is a quiet enough area for the most part. We use the space here to store all the different pieces we collect and sell. It’s a lot of wooden items and metal work that takes up most of the room. We don't have a fancy display or anything, just rows of items waiting to be sent out. Most of our day is spent wrapping things up in bubble wrap or packing them into sturdy boxes. We have to be careful because things can break if we aren't paying attention. The office part is just a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledger. It’s not a high-tech operation. We still write a lot of things down by hand. Sometimes the deliveries show up late and we have to stay late to get them sorted. It’s just how it goes when you’re running a small business like this. We know the local guys who help us move the heavy stuff. It’s a lot of physical work, but it keeps us busy. We don't put much stock in being flashy. We just want to make sure the handicrafts get to where they are supposed to go without any issues. It is a lot of work but it feels right to be doing it this way.
