Our office is on the 2nd floor of Aggarwal Tower, which is right on B Road in Sardarpura. It is number 220. Going up and down those stairs keeps us fit, especially when we are carrying samples or paperwork for a big event. It is a bit quieter up here than on the main street, but you can still hear the horns honking down below. We spend a lot of time sitting at the desks planning out what needs to happen for the next catering job. It’s not just about the food; it’s about making sure we have enough plates and people to serve them. Sardarpura is a busy area, so getting the vans loaded and out through the traffic can be a real headache sometimes. We use our space in Aggarwal Tower to meet with people and talk about what they want for their functions. It’s a simple setup. A couple of chairs, some old files, and a lot of lists pinned to the walls. We aren’t trying to be fancy. We just want to make sure the work gets done right. Sometimes the fan makes a weird clicking noise, but we don’t mind. We focus on the orders. When we aren’t in the office, we are out at the event sites, making sure everything is ready. It’s a lot of coordination and late nights, but that is just the nature of catering. We’ve been at this address for a while and feel settled in.
