Jodhpur Bandhni Handicrafts

Jodhpur Bandhni Handicrafts is the name. We are located at 49 New Chand Pole Road, right on Siwanchi Road. Jodhpur can get really hot, as everyone knows, and this road is no exception. There’s a lot of movement outside our door. Cars, bikes, and people just going about their business. The shop itself is okay. It’s number 49, so it’s easy to spot if you are looking at the numbers. We’ve got our bandhni work and other things inside. The floor is a bit uneven in one corner, I keep meaning to fix that but time just gets away from me. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets busy. We don't really do much advertising or anything. People just know we are here on Siwanchi Road. The mornings are usually the best time because it’s cooler. By midday, the sun is hitting the front of the shop pretty hard. We usually keep the chai guy on speed dial for when we need a break. It’s a simple setup. Nothing corporate about it. We just open the shutters, sweep the front, and get to work. If you are ever on New Chand Pole Road, you’ll see us. It’s just a normal shop in a normal part of town. We try to keep things tidy but with all the fabric, there’s always some thread on the floor. It's just part of the job.
