We have our group, Lohitaksh Nathuram Farmer Producer Company Limited, based in Gram Moti Katra. It’s in the Garautha area of Jhansi. Seetaram is the one who helps us keep things in order at his place. We are just a bunch of local farmers who decided to team up. Jhansi can get very hot, and the ground is tough, but we’ve been here a long time. Our setup is very basic. We don't have a big staff or a fancy building. We meet up at Seetaram’s house to talk about our crops and what we need for the next planting season. It’s not a corporate thing with meetings and schedules. We just talk when we need to. Most of the time, we are out in the fields doing the actual work. We put this company together to help each other get better prices and share tools. It’s hard work and some days are better than others. We don't have a lot of time for writing long descriptions of ourselves. We are just regular people in Gram Moti Katra trying to make a living from the land. If you come by Garautha, you’ll see us. We’re usually busy with something or another. It’s a practical, simple life and we like it that way. No big words or empty talk, just the farming we’ve always done. We show up every day and try to keep things moving forward.
