Our office in the 48 Chambers building is where we do all the planning and the paperwork. Fish farming is a bit different than growing crops in a field, and it takes a lot of careful management. We spend our time looking at water quality, feed schedules, and how to get the fish to market while they are still fresh. Jhansi is a good place for us to be located because it is central. Our space is pretty basic. It is just a couple of rooms where we can sit down and focus. We are not much for fancy decorations or big corporate talk. We would rather spend our time making sure the fish are healthy and the logistics are sorted. It is a lot of hands-on work, even when we are just in the office doing the scheduling. People in Civil Lines know the building well, and we have become a regular part of the local landscape. We are not doing this to get famous; we just like the work and we like being in Jhansi. It is a solid, honest way to make a living, and we just keep plugging away at it day after day. We just try to do our jobs well.
