Our place is in Jhansi, specifically over at 817 Kalimai Talpura. This is where Gadmau Jaiv Urja Farmer Producer Companylimited does its work. It is a busy part of Jhansi, and there is always something going on outside our doors. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with the equipment and files we need to run things. We focus a lot on the jaiv urja side of things, which involves plenty of technical talk and planning. It is not a shiny corporate office by any stretch of the imagination. We have got mismatched chairs and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Most of the people working here have been around the Jhansi area for a long time, so we know how things work locally. We spend our mornings checking on the latest reports and our afternoons talking to the farmers who are part of our producer company. It can get pretty loud when everyone is trying to talk over the sounds of the street, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that is required for the day, and go home. It is an honest, local business run by people who actually care about what they are doing in Kalimai Talpura. We like the fact that it is a bit messy and real because that is how life is.
