Our operations are linked with the railway area in Tatanagar, specifically through Ejazur Rahman and the goods supervisor’s office. It’s a unique spot to be in, right near the tracks and the heart of the transport hub in Singbhum. You can always hear the trains coming and going, which sets the pace for our day. We are pretty much a small crew working in a space that feels very tied to the S.E. Railway. It’s not the kind of place you’d find a fancy corporate board. We have old wooden furniture and the walls are filled with charts and schedules. Working near the station means there is always movement and a bit of coal dust in the air. We don't mind it. It’s the sound of work being done. We handle things for Usha Martin Industries from this corner of Jharkhand. Most of our day is spent coordinating and making sure everything is in its right place. It’s a bit of a gritty job, but someone has to do it. We don't talk much about our values or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on schedule with the trains. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we value a good cup of tea and a job finished on time. The trains never stop, so we don't either, at least not until the shift is finally over.
