You can find us in Jamshedpur over at Mango Bazar. We’re actually located right by the Giriji Masala Store, which is a big landmark in the Mango area. It’s a very busy part of town with a lot of shops and people moving around all day. The 831012 pin code is where we are based. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it’s where we get all the coordination done for this side of the city for Tata Steel. Being in the middle of a market means it's never quiet. There’s always the sound of rickshaws and people talking. We have a few rooms where the team sits and works on the computers. We handle a lot of the logistical side of things from this location. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially when we have deliveries or visitors. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up. It’s a very practical environment. We usually grab lunch from one of the stalls in the bazar. The people working here are locals who know the neighborhood well. It feels like a real part of the community rather than just a cold office. We’ve been here long enough that the shopkeepers nearby know us. It’s just where we come every day to put in our hours and do the job.
