Tata Steel

Our office is located in Crystal Tower, specifically Flat No. 15, right in the New Baradwari area of Sakchi. Jamshedpur is where everything happens for us, and being in the 831001 zip code puts us right in the middle of it. The building at 133 New Baradwari is easy to spot once you get onto the main road. We’ve been set up here for some time now, handling the daily side of things for Tata Steel. Usually, it's pretty busy in the mornings with people coming in. We keep our files stacked up and the computers running. It’s not a large place, just enough room for the staff to get through the tasks. We deal with a lot of logs and coordination stuff. Since we are in Sakchi, there’s always something going on outside. The market isn't too far, and you can hear the city noise if the windows are open. Most days are just about hitting the deadlines and making sure the numbers look right. We don't really do much in the way of decorating; it's mostly just desks and chairs and shelves full of folders. It feels like a normal workplace where people know each other. Sometimes we grab tea from the nearby stalls. It’s a practical setup for the work we do. There is a lot of history with steel in this town, so we just try to keep up with our part of it here.
