Our office is located in the Professional Flats on K S Link Road in Kadma. If you live in Jamshedpur, you probably know the area pretty well. Flat No 39 A is our base of operations. It is a simple residential-style flat that serves us well for our daily tasks. We do not have a flashy storefront because we do not really need one for what we do. Most of our work involves coordination and administrative support for the steel production. It is a busy little space. There are always people coming in to drop off documents or pick up signatures. We have got a few desks squeezed in, and the walls are lined with shelves full of binders. It is a bit of an old-school way of working, but it is what we are used to. K S Link Road can get pretty lively during the day, but inside the flat, it is mostly just the sound of us working. We do not have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what needs to be done when we walk in every morning. Some of us have been here for decades, so we know the history of the place. It is a bit cluttered and the tea is usually lukewarm, but it is our workplace. We take pride in just doing the job without any fuss or extra noise.
