In Jamshedpur, we are set up at the location of Q.S. Hussain. It is a very straightforward spot in the city where we handle a lot of our local business and coordination. Jamshedpur is a city that never really seems to stop moving, and our office definitely reflects that kind of energy. It is a busy environment where there is almost always someone coming or going with a delivery note or a piece of equipment. We do not have much in the way of decoration in the office. We just have some maps of the local area and a few calendars pinned up on the walls to keep track of our deadlines. The desks are usually covered in quite a bit of paperwork because there is always something that needs our immediate attention. It is an old-school way of working, but it has worked well for us for a long time. The team here is a good mix of older guys who have been with us for decades and some newer faces who are still learning how we do things. We do not spend money on fancy office furniture or the latest gadgets. We just need a solid roof over our heads and a place to organize our workers for the day. The air is often filled with the sounds of the street and the general bustle of the city life outside. We take our tea breaks together whenever we can find a quiet moment. It is just a place for people who know how to work.
