You can find our office in Jugsalai, which is situated right near the railway crossing. We actually share the space with Kumar Cycle Works, and that is a big help because almost everyone in Jamshedpur knows exactly where that landmark is. The sound of the trains passing by is something we have all gotten used to over the years, though it can be a bit loud during meetings. It is a very busy spot with people constantly moving back and forth across the tracks all day long. Our office setup is quite basic and honestly a bit old-fashioned. We have some wooden desks and several shelves packed with old ledgers and paper files. Since we are in the 831006 area, there is a very industrial and commercial vibe to everything around us. It is definitely not the cleanest or the quietest place to spend a workday, but it suits us just fine. We handle a lot of the local coordination and logistics from this small room. Being so close to the crossing means there is always a bit of dust in the air and noise from the traffic, but it keeps the energy up. The staff here are all locals who know the Jugsalai market inside and out. We do not really have a formal reception area. If someone comes in, they just walk up to whichever desk happens to be open at the time. We drink a lot of tea from the stall around the corner while we work.
