You can find us at 38 Dindli Enclave, right on Punsa Road in Kadma. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, which is nice because it stays relatively quiet. Jamshedpur can be a loud city, so having an office in an enclave like this helps us focus. The building is pretty standard for this area. We’ve got our workspace set up with what we need to get through the day. There’s a lot of paperwork usually piled up, and the phones ring more often than we’d like, but that’s the job. It’s a very local feel. We see the same delivery guys and the same neighbors every morning. Punsa Road has its own rhythm. We’ve been in this specific spot for a while, and it’s become familiar. The office isn't big, but it fits us. We don't use fancy titles or have a big corporate hierarchy here. It’s just a group of us working for Tata Steel, making sure things stay on track. If you walk inside, you'll see it's a bit lived-in. There are calendars on the walls and plenty of tea mugs scattered around. It’s an honest place. No one is putting on an act. We just deal with the daily tasks and go home when the sun sets. It’s a practical location for what we do, and we’re quite used to the quirks of the building by now. We just do our best to stay on top of the work.
