We are over at Block-C in the Kadma Professional Flats. It’s a straightforward setup. Kadma is a busy part of Jamshedpur, so there’s always something going on outside. The flats here are mostly filled with people doing their jobs, so it’s a working atmosphere. Our space is number 36. It’s got enough room for the desks and the storage we need. Nothing fancy, just the basics. You won't find any modern art or designer furniture in here. It's mostly just functional chairs and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. We like it because it’s convenient. You can grab a snack nearby or run an errand during the lunch break without going too far. The light in the afternoons is quite nice through the windows, which helps when you’re staring at spreadsheets for hours. People come and go, doing their bit for the company. We don't have a big sign out front, just the number on the door. It feels like a real office where people actually put in the hours. Sometimes the lift is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It’s just a normal day-to-day existence in a busy town. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized in our own way. It’s a decent place to work. It’s simple, quiet enough most days, and it gets us through the week.
