Our place is located at 34 Jubilee Officer’s Flat complex. If you know Jamshedpur, you know Northern Town is a bit more settled and green compared to some other parts. It’s right on Jubilee Road. It’s a bit different working out of a flat complex rather than a massive industrial building, but it makes the day feel a bit more relaxed. You get the trees and the wider roads around here. The office itself is practical. We have our files, our computers, and a small kitchen for making chai. It’s not the kind of place with a big shiny lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, it's just one of us opening the door if someone knocks. We spend a lot of time here just keeping things moving. The walls are a bit plain, maybe could use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s home for the workday. Being in Northern Town means we’re close to everything but away from the heaviest noise. You hear the birds in the morning and the occasional car passing on Jubilee Road. It’s a good spot for us. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It’s just a regular workspace for regular people. We don't try to make it sound like something it isn't. It's just where the Tata Steel work for this section happens every day. It’s functional and it serves the purpose. We get in early and leave when the job is finished.
