Our setup is in Flat No.97A over in the Professional Flat area along K.S. Link Road. If you know Jamshedpur, you know Kadma can get pretty busy during the morning rush. The road outside has its fair share of trucks and bikes passing by all the time. Our office here is pretty straightforward. It’s a flat, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate center. We have a few desks squeezed in and a lot of paper around. The windows look out toward the road, and sometimes the dust from the street gets in if we leave them open too long. Tata Steel Ltd has a lot of places in town, but this one is ours. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking about the next shift. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find free coffee or fancy chairs. We bring our own lunches and eat together when we can find a minute. The postman knows us well since we get a lot of mail at P.O. Kadma. Living and working in Jamshedpur means you're always part of the steel life, and being on Link Road puts us right in the middle of it. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It’s just a normal day-to-day existence for us here, keeping track of things and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
