Tata Steel Limited

We are based right here in Jamshedpur. Since this is the steel city, being part of Tata Steel Limited is just a normal part of life for us. We don't have a specific street address listed for this particular office unit, but everyone in town knows the company. We work in one of the many sites scattered around the city. Our day-to-day is pretty much what you would expect in an industrial town. We manage the flow of materials and keep an eye on the production numbers. It is hard work and it can get pretty loud and hot depending on which part of the facility you are in. We don't use a lot of fancy talk. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Whether it is checking a shipment or making sure the equipment is running right, we just get on with it. The people working here have been doing this for years, sometimes for generations. There is a lot of history in these walls. We aren't here to impress anyone with big speeches. We just want to make sure the steel gets made and sent out where it needs to go. It is a practical environment where results matter more than how things look. We take pride in just doing a steady job. Jamshedpur is our home and this work is what keeps the city moving.
