Our branch of Tata Bluescope Steel Limited is located at House No. Gold/157 in Sahara City, Road 15, Mango. It’s right near the telephone exchange in Jamshedpur. Jamshedpur is a steel town through and through, so being here feels right to all of us. This office is tucked away in the Sahara City area, which is actually quite nice and quiet compared to the heavy industrial zones nearby. We spend our mornings going through the inventory and figuring out where the trucks are. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the Pardih and Jawaharnagar area, but once you find the exchange, we’re easy to spot. The office is simple. We have our desks, some samples of the steel sheets, and plenty of ledgers. It gets quite hot in the summers, so we keep the fans running all day long. We deal with a lot of local contractors who just need to know when their materials will arrive. There isn't any polished marketing talk here; we just tell people what we have in stock and when it can be delivered. Being near the telephone exchange helps people give directions to us easily. We’ve been at this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the Mango neighborhood. It’s a hardworking place, and we just try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can for everyone involved. We handle the paperwork and the people, and that keeps us plenty busy.
